Paulette has a background in Psychology and education. Since embracing Nonviolent Communication (AKA Compassionate Communication) in 2002, Paulette has trained with Dr Marshall Rosenberg, the founder of Nonviolent Communication and in 2011 Paulette became an Internationally Certified NVC Trainer, one of only 12 CNVC Certified Trainers currently in Australia.
