The following article does an excellent job of speaking to the heart of Rosenberg's work. Having spent a good deal of time with him in my early days of training, I think it's important to consider the enormity of what he was trying to achieve .. which was much less a formula than a concrete way retaining one's humanity under trying conditions. He was a true revolutionary with a profound love for life and humanity. I consider myself enormously blessed to have learned from him.

I too feel sad .. and I understand too how the purity of what I/we experienced with Marshall is simply not available to others as it was for me/us. Misunderstandings of NVC and of Marshall’s work, which I’m as likely to perpetuate as much as anyone else, are likely to increase as we move every more deeply and rapidly into these turbulent times. May we not feel lonely ..
